A wonderful service

The service in Brussels was amazing
Alexandra, the AirportAssist.com Concierge, picked me up from the plane door and escorted me to the lounge where I waited while my passport was stamped and cleared customs and my bags were picked up. The lounge had food, showers and wifi and was a gorgeous space. She then walked me to the train station and helped me buy a ticket to my next destination.
